Option 1 - Delete from the app (recommended)
If you have access to your account, you can delete it directly from the app:
- Open the Fimeto app
- Go to Settings
- Tap Delete Account
- Confirm the deletion
Option 2 - Request via email
If you cannot access your account, you can request account deletion by contacting us at support@fimeto.com. Please include the email associated with your account and a brief request stating that you want your account deleted.
We may request additional information to verify your identity before processing your request.
What happens when you delete your account
Your access to Fimeto will be permanently removed.
- Your personal and financial data will be deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period.
- Some data may be retained temporarily where required for legal, security, fraud prevention, or operational purposes.
- Deletion is generally permanent and cannot be undone.
Important
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel active subscriptions purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play.
To avoid future charges, you must cancel your subscription separately through your app store account.
