Fimeto Terms of Service

To create an account and use Fimeto, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have the legal ability to accept these Terms.
• Use Fimeto in accordance with the rules that apply to you.

You must not create an account using another person’s identity or information without their permission.

Fimeto allows you to manually record and organize information such as:

• Accounts and balances.
• Income and expenses.
• Budgets.
• Financial goals.
• Debts and cards.
• Categories, notes, and transactions.
• Reminders and notifications.
• Analyses and responses generated by Neto.

Fimeto may offer free features and paid features through Fimeto Pro.

Fimeto is not a bank and does not connect to your bank accounts. It also does not receive, hold, transfer, or manage your money. All financial information in the application is entered by you.

Available features may change as Fimeto develops. Some new features may be identified as experimental or under development.

You are responsible for providing accurate information and keeping your account secure.

You must:

• Protect your password and sign-in methods.
• Not share access to your account with unauthorized people.
• Notify us if you believe someone accessed your account without permission.
• Keep your email address updated when necessary.

We will never ask for your password by email or through a support request.

You can report a security issue to support@fimeto.com.

The financial information, notes, and other content you enter remain yours.

You give us permission to process and store that information only as needed to:

• Provide Fimeto’s features.
• Synchronize and display your information.
• Generate Neto’s responses.
• Maintain the security of the service.
• Resolve technical problems.
• Respond to your support requests.
• Improve the general operation of Fimeto.

How we collect, use, share, and delete information is explained in more detail in the Fimeto Privacy Policy.

Do not enter information into Fimeto that you do not have the right to use.

You must also not enter banking passwords, verification codes, complete card numbers, security codes, or identity documents in notes, Neto conversations, or support messages.

Neto is Fimeto’s artificial intelligence assistant. It uses Gemini through Google Cloud Vertex AI to generate responses based on your questions and the financial information needed.

By using Neto, you understand that:

• Its responses may contain errors or be incomplete.
• It may misunderstand a question or recorded information.
• Its responses may vary even when a similar question is asked.
• It cannot guarantee financial results.
• It does not move money or perform transactions for you.
• It does not make financial, legal, or tax decisions on your behalf.

You should review the information before using it to make an important decision.

Fimeto may establish usage limits for Neto, such as a specific number of questions for free accounts or particular subscription plans. These limits will be shown within the application.

We may modify, limit, or temporarily suspend Neto when necessary because of maintenance, security, technical costs, provider availability, or product improvements.

Fimeto and Neto provide tools and general information to help you organize and understand the information you record.

They do not provide:

• Financial advice.
• Investment advice.
• Banking advice.
• Legal advice.
• Tax advice.
• Accounting advice.

You are responsible for reviewing the accuracy of the information you enter and for the decisions you make using Fimeto.

For important decisions, you should consider consulting a qualified professional.

Fimeto may offer a free version and a paid subscription called Fimeto Pro.

Before completing a purchase, Google Play will display the price, duration, included features, and any applicable conditions.

Payments

Payments are processed by Google Play. Fimeto does not receive or store the complete details of your card or payment method.

We use RevenueCat to verify your subscription status and enable the appropriate features.

Automatic renewal

A subscription may renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it before the next billing date.

Cancellation

You can cancel a subscription through your Google Play account.

When you cancel:

• You keep access to Fimeto Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• No further renewals will occur after the cancellation takes effect.
• Your free account may remain active unless you also choose to delete it.

Deleting your Fimeto account does not automatically cancel your Google Play subscription.

You must cancel the subscription separately through Google Play to prevent future charges.

Refunds

Refund requests are handled according to Google Play’s terms and procedures unless another mandatory remedy applies.

Price changes

If a subscription price changes, Google Play will display or communicate the change before it applies when required.

Fimeto may also offer free trials or promotions. Their conditions will be displayed before you accept them.

You may use Fimeto for personal and legitimate purposes.

You must not:

• Use Fimeto to commit fraud or carry out illegal activities.
• Attempt to access another person’s account, systems, or information.
• Interfere with the security or operation of the service.
• Introduce viruses, malicious code, or harmful tools.
• Make excessive automated requests.
• Copy or extract large amounts of information from the service without permission.
• Attempt to bypass Neto or Fimeto Pro usage limits.
• Use Neto to generate illegal or harmful content or content that violates another person’s rights.
• Impersonate Fimeto, its team, or its providers.
• Resell, rent, or transfer access to Fimeto without authorization.

We may limit or suspend access when we reasonably detect fraud, abuse, attempted attacks, or risks to other people or the service.

The application, website, design, code, Fimeto and Neto names, logos, and other elements of the service belong to Junior Paulino, who operates Fimeto, or to the applicable providers and licensors.

We give you a limited, personal, and non-transferable right to use Fimeto while you comply with these Terms.

This permission does not allow you to:

• Copy or distribute the application.
• Sell or rent parts of the service.
• Create an unauthorized version of Fimeto.
• Use our trademarks as if they were your own.
• Attempt to obtain the source code unless expressly permitted by applicable rules.

You may send us comments or suggestions. We may use them to improve Fimeto without being required to implement them or pay you for them.

We work to keep Fimeto operating correctly, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be available without interruptions or errors.

The service may be temporarily affected by:

• Maintenance.
• Updates.
• Technical problems.
• Internet or device failures.
• Interruptions involving external providers.
• Security incidents.
• Changes needed to improve the application.

We may add, modify, or remove features.

When an important change significantly affects a paid feature, we will try to provide reasonable advance notice.

We may also discontinue a feature or the entire service if it is no longer viable, secure, or possible to maintain.

When reasonably possible, we will notify you in advance.

Fimeto uses external services for functions such as:

• Sign-in and storage.
• Artificial intelligence.
• Subscriptions and payments.
• Notifications.
• Analytics.
• Error detection.
• Email delivery.

Some features are also subject to the relevant provider’s terms. For example, purchases, cancellations, and some refunds are subject to Google Play’s terms.

Provider availability may temporarily affect some Fimeto features.

We are not responsible for interruptions outside our reasonable control, but this does not remove any responsibilities that apply to Fimeto.

The Privacy Policy identifies the main providers we use and explains how they may process information.

You can delete your account through the Fimeto settings.

You can also request assistance by contacting support@fimeto.com if you cannot access your account.

When you delete your account:

• You lose access to it.
• Your information is removed from Fimeto’s active systems.
• Your Neto conversations are deleted.
• Deletion normally cannot be undone.
• Some encrypted copies may remain temporarily in backups, as explained in the Privacy Policy.

If you register again using the same email address, you will begin with a new account and your deleted information will not be recovered.

Remember that deleting your account does not cancel an active Google Play subscription.

We may suspend or close an account when there is a justified reason, including:

• A serious or repeated violation of these Terms.
• Fraud or illegal activity.
• Unauthorized access attempts.
• Risks to Fimeto’s security or to other people.
• Abusive use of Neto or other resources.
• A requirement related to the distribution platform or applicable rules.

When reasonably possible, we will notify you about the suspension or closure.

You can contact support@fimeto.com if you believe a suspension occurred by mistake.

Closing an account does not automatically cancel a subscription managed by Google Play.

Fimeto is provided to help you organize your personal finances, but we cannot promise that:

• The service will never contain errors.
• It will be available at all times.
• Neto will always produce accurate responses.
• Calculations or analyses will be suitable for every situation.
• The service will meet all your personal expectations.

We are not responsible for financial decisions made solely based on a Neto response, inaccurate information entered by the user, or events outside our reasonable control.

To the extent permitted, Fimeto will not be responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses or losses that do not result directly from a failure on our part.

Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory rights that cannot be excluded or limits responsibilities that cannot legally be limited.

We may update these Terms when:

• We add or modify features.
• Subscriptions change.
• Security improvements are needed.
• Our providers change.
• We need to clarify a rule.
• New requirements apply to the service.

We will update the date shown at the beginning.

When a change is important, we will try to notify you through the application, the website, or the email address associated with your account.

Important changes will take effect after we notify you. If you do not agree, you can stop using Fimeto before that date.

When necessary, we will ask you to expressly accept the new version.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any conditions shown when purchasing a subscription, form the agreement between you and Fimeto regarding use of the service.

If one part of these Terms cannot be enforced, the remaining parts will continue to apply.

If we do not enforce a condition immediately, this does not mean that we give up the right to enforce it later.

These Terms will be interpreted according to the rules applicable in Canada, without removing any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply where you live.
