1. Eligibility
To use the Service, you must:

- have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement; and
- not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable law.
2. The Service
Fimeto is a personal finance organization and insights platform that allows users to:
- record and organize transactions, accounts, debts, budgets, and savings goals;
- receive financial summaries, alerts, and insights based on user-provided data;
- use AI-powered features, including the assistant Neto; and
- access premium features through a paid subscription plan, including Fimeto Pro.
Fimeto is provided as a software-as-a-service platform. Certain features, especially AI-related features, may be marked as beta, experimental, or in active development, and may change, malfunction, or be discontinued at any time.
Fimeto is not a bank, broker, lender, money transmitter, tax preparer, law firm, or registered financial adviser.
3. Account Registration and Security
To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
You are responsible for:
- maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials;
- all activity under your account; and
- notifying us at support@fimeto.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe there is fraud, abuse, or a security risk.
4. Subscription, Billing, and Renewals
4.1 Plans Fimeto may offer a free plan and paid plans, including Fimeto Pro.
4.2 Auto-Renewal Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
4.3 Billing Payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not directly store full payment details.
4.4 Cancellation You may cancel at any time via your app store account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period.
4.5 Refunds Refunds are handled according to Apple or Google policies.
4.6 Price Changes We may modify pricing with reasonable notice where required.
4.7 License, Not Sale Subscriptions provide access rights only. They do not grant ownership of the Service.
5. License to Use the Service
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service.
The Service is licensed, not sold.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, software, branding, and technology are owned by Fimeto or its licensors and protected by law.
7. User Content
You retain ownership of your data.
You grant us a limited license to process, store, and use your data to operate and improve the Service.
We may use anonymized or aggregated data for analytics and improvements.
8. AI Features
Fimeto uses artificial intelligence (Neto).
You understand that:
- AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete;
- AI features are informational only;
- AI features may be in beta and subject to change.
You are responsible for how you use AI-generated outputs.
9. No Financial Advice
Fimeto does not provide financial, legal, tax, or investment advice.
All information is for informational purposes only.
You are solely responsible for your financial decisions.
10. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- violate laws;
- access unauthorized accounts or data;
- use the Service for fraud or illegal activity;
- attempt to hack, scrape, or exploit the Service;
- misuse AI features.
11. Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time.
Upon deletion:
- access to the Service ends;
- data may be deleted or anonymized;
- some data may be retained for legal, security, or fraud prevention reasons.
Deleting your account does not cancel active subscriptions.
12. Third-Party Services
The Service may rely on third-party providers.
We are not responsible for third-party services.
13. Availability
The Service is provided "as is" and may change, be interrupted, or discontinued at any time.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee accuracy, reliability, or uninterrupted availability.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages;
- total liability is limited to the greater of: - amounts paid in the last 12 months, or - USD $50.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Fimeto from claims resulting from:
- your use of the Service;
- your violation of these Terms;
- your misuse of the platform.
17. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if:
- you violate these Terms;
- there is fraud or security risk;
- required by law or platform policies.
18. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by general applicable legal principles, subject to consumer protection laws in your country of residence.
19. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use means acceptance.
20. General
These Terms constitute the full agreement.
If any part is invalid, the rest remains in effect.
The English version prevails over translations.
